We’re excited to bring a piece of our heritage to the Theatre Building in the Village of Pinehurst. Lisi is a casual, regional Italian eatery rooted in family, tradition, and community.

Jim grew up in the kitchens of his grandparents, Vincenzo and Letizia Reale, where hours were spent gardening, canning, and preparing unforgettable meals from Letizia’s recipes. To family and friends, she was known simply as “Lisi.” Her cooking, and the love behind it became the foundation of everything we do.

With more than 40 years in the restaurant industry, Jim has built and led multiple concepts, always grounded in quality and hospitality. Mickey, the youngest of eleven, was raised in a home where large family gatherings centered around food, connection, and celebration.

As Lisi has grown, so has the experience. In 2021, we expanded with The Market at Lisi, offering fresh sandwiches, curated wines, and Italian imports to enjoy at home. In 2023, we opened Augie’s at Lisi Market, a cocktail bar built for connection and a more intimate evening experience. And in 2026, we introduced our café: serving espresso, breakfast, and a welcoming start to the day.

Whether you’re joining us for coffee in the morning, a quick lunch from the market, cocktails at the bar, or dinner in the restaurant, everything we offer is rooted in the same idea: food brings people together.
